Confetti Collection Subscription Terms

Confetti Collection™ offers a variety of Confetti Collection™ subscriptions (each, a “Subscription”).   Below you will find our terms regarding Subscription options, including renewal and cancellation features. You should review the following carefully to understand the terms associated with each of our Subscription options.  If you subscribe, your Subscription will automatically and continuously renew unless you cancel your Subscription in the manner described in Section 3 below or we suspend or terminate your Subscription. Additionally, you are eligible once during the term of your Subscription to skip (defer) the automatic renewal of your Subscription in the manner described in Section 4 below.

In addition to the following Subscription terms, you also should review our Confetti Collection™ Terms of Use and Sale (which is available on our Confetti Collection™ website). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, and you also agree to our Confetti Collection™ Terms of Use and Sale. 

1. Every Two Months Subscriptions.  Under our “Every Two Months Subscription” program, we send subscribers a product box (each, a “Box”) approximately every two (2) months. The Box will contain product that we specially curate for Confetti Collection™.

If you sign up for an Every Two Months Subscription, you will be immediately billed $19.99 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) plus applicable sales tax and shipping fee, and we will send you your first Box as part of our next shipment of Boxes to our subscribers. 

Your Every Two Months Subscription will automatically and continuously renew. As part of your Every Two Months Subscription, you will receive subsequent Boxes approximately every two (2) months. 

Unless you timely cancel your Subscription as described in Section 3 below, you timely skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription as described in Section 4 below, or we suspend or terminate your Subscription, your credit card will be charged the then current Every Two Months Subscription rate (currently, $19.99 plus applicable sales tax and shipping fee) up to a month in advance of the next Box shipment date.

2. Annual Subscriptions. Under our “Annual Subscription” program, we send subscribers the same Boxes as our Every Two Months Subscription subscribers receive, with one (1) Box arriving approximately every (2) months. However, our Annual Subscription subscribers automatically receive, over the course of one (1) year, six (6) Boxes. 

If you sign up for an Annual Subscription, you will be immediately billed $105.00 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) plus applicable sales tax and shipping fee, and we will send you your first Box as part of our next shipment of Boxes to our subscribers.

Your Annual Subscription will automatically and continuously renew after each time you have receive six (6) Boxes. As part of your annual renewal, you will receive six (6) additional Boxes, with one (1) Box arriving approximately every two (2) months. 

Unless you timely cancel your Subscription as described in Section 3 below, you timely skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription as described in Section 4 below,  or we suspend or terminate your Subscription, your credit card will be charged the then current Annual Subscription rate (currently, $105.00, plus applicable sales tax and shipping fee) after each time that you have received your last Box in your then current six (6) Box Annual Subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy.  Subscribers may cancel at any time, subject to the conditions described below. 

In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at contactus@confetticollection.com, indicate that you wish to cancel your Subscription, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) log into your Account and select “Cancel” under “Your Subscriptions”, and follow the instructions; or (c) call us at 800-780-5983, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given.  There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be received prior to the billing date of your Subscription renewal.  For Every Two Months Subscriptions, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Box shipment. For Annual Subscriptions, you must cancel prior to your receipt of the last Box in your then current six (6) Box Annual Subscription.

4. Skip (Deferral) of the Automatic Renewal Policy.  Subscribers may skip (defer) the automatic renewal of a Subscription once during the term of a Subscriber’s Subscription, subject to the conditions described below. 

In order to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at contactus@confetticollection.com, indicate that you wish to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) log into your Account and select “Edit” under “Your Subscriptions”, then select “Skip Next Renewal” and follow the instructions; or (c) call us at 800-780-5983, indicate that you wish to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription and follow the instructions given. There are no fees associated with your election to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription.

Elections to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription must be received prior to the billing date of your Subscription renewal.  For Every Two Months Subscriptions, this means that you must make an election before the billing date for the next Box shipment. For Annual Subscriptions, you must make an election prior to your receipt of the last Box in your then current six (6) Box Annual Subscription. After you elect to skip (defer) an automatic renewal, you may elect to cancel such election, but you need to contact us with your cancellation request prior to the billing date of your original Subscription renewal. 

If you appropriately elect to skip (defer) an automatic renewal of your Subscription, your Subscription will automatically renew again at the next renewal period applicable to your Subscription after your skip (deferral) period.

During the term of your Subscription, you are eligible to make only one (1) election to skip (defer) the automatic renewal of your Subscription.

5. Gifts.  Subscribers may choose to send their Boxes as gifts to a different shipping address than their own (within the contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and United States territories), and the applicable Subscribers will continue to be subject to automatic and continuous Subscription renewal as described in these Subscription terms and in our Confetti Collection™ Terms of Use and Sale.

6. Shipping and Taxes. Stated prices for Subscriptions do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We may charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. We only ship within the contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and United States territories). Shipping fees are currently $5.00 for each Box, but the amount of such fees are subject to modification from time to time without advance notice.

7. Privacy Policy.  Our Privacy Policy is available on our Confetti Collection™ website, and you should review its terms.  We take your privacy seriously, and by visiting our website, you are accepting the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Children. The Subscriptions are not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
